Effective date: 30 June 2026

Nexora Network (“Nexora Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit nexoranetwork.net or use a Nexora Network workflow connected to TikTok.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on the service you use, we may process:

  • TikTok basic profile information: open ID, display name, avatar, and other information provided through the user.info.basic permission.
  • Authorization information: OAuth access and refresh tokens, authorization status, and connection metadata needed to operate an authorized TikTok integration.
  • Creator content: videos, captions, workflow inputs, and related metadata that you choose to submit for transfer to TikTok as a draft.
  • Workflow information: automation settings, execution status, error information, and technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
  • Contact information: information you provide when contacting us for support, privacy, or business enquiries.
  • Website information: standard technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and website activity where collected by our hosting or security services.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • authenticate and identify the TikTok account you authorize;
  • operate the requested creator workflow and transfer selected videos to TikTok as drafts;
  • maintain, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot our services;
  • respond to support, data access, deletion, and business enquiries;
  • comply with applicable law and enforce our terms; and
  • improve the reliability and usability of our services.

3. TikTok permissions and user choice

Our integration uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. We request user.info.basic to identify the connected account and video.upload to upload user-selected content as a draft. We do not use these permissions to publish directly without the creator’s final action in TikTok.

You may refuse authorization, disconnect the workflow, remove stored credentials, or revoke access through TikTok’s account settings. Revoking access may prevent the connected workflow from operating.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share or process information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • TikTok: to authenticate your account and transfer content you request;
  • n8n and workflow infrastructure providers: to run authorized automations;
  • website hosting, security, and technical service providers: including Hostinger and providers supporting our systems;
  • professional advisers or authorities: where required to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or respond to valid legal requests; and
  • a successor organization: in connection with a legitimate business reorganization, subject to appropriate protections.

These providers may process information in countries other than Australia. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security protections.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. TikTok authorization credentials are retained only while needed for the authorized connection or until they are revoked or deleted. Creator content may be held temporarily while it is processed and transferred. Technical logs and support records may be retained for a reasonable period for security and troubleshooting.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. You may also request account disconnection or ask questions about our processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Send requests to support@nexoranetwork.net. Please identify the connected account or workflow without sending passwords or authentication codes.

8. Children

Our services are intended for people who are legally able to use TikTok and authorize connected developer services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law or TikTok’s requirements.

9. Third-party services

TikTok, n8n, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. This policy does not control their independent practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.
