Effective date: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Nexora Network website and connected creator workflow services. Nexora Network is based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Nexora Network provides AI automation, creator workflow management, content organization, and related digital services. Our TikTok integration may allow an authorized creator to connect their TikTok account, confirm basic account information, and upload selected video content to TikTok as a draft for further editing and a final publishing decision inside TikTok.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the connected third-party services. If you use Nexora Network for another person, organization, or creator account, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Account authorization
You must connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your authorized workflows. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or private credentials with Nexora Network support.
4. Creator content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nexora Network a limited permission to process, format, and transfer that content only as needed to provide the requested service. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for the content and that its use does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Nexora Network to:
- access or control an account without authorization;
- send spam, deceptive content, malware, or abusive material;
- evade platform safeguards, rate limits, reviews, or access controls;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- violate TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, API requirements, or other applicable policies;
- violate applicable laws or assist another person in doing so; or
- disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse our systems except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
6. TikTok and other third-party services
TikTok, n8n, hosting providers, and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, features, reviews, limits, and policies may change. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Nexora Network does not control whether TikTok accepts, processes, displays, restricts, or removes content or grants production access to an integration.
7. Draft uploads and publishing decisions
The video.upload workflow transfers content as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing the draft, making any required edits or disclosures, selecting privacy settings, and deciding whether to publish it in TikTok. You remain responsible for all published content.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with the website and connected workflows.
9. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, platform-policy, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party change.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is unauthorized activity, security risk, unlawful conduct, policy abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request disconnection of your account at any time.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise specific audience growth, engagement, revenue, platform approval, content performance, or uninterrupted third-party access. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the service, third-party platforms, content decisions, or unauthorized use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Nexora Network against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service, your content, infringement of another person’s rights, or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Western Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, third-party requirements, or legal obligations change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
